Heritage Forestry
Phipps is the next great American heritage brand, known for their nostalgic Americana aesthetic and their all-American manufacturing. I was thrilled to work with Spencer, the founder of Phipps, to add a graphic tee to their collection. Inspired by the heritage West Coast logging companies of the early 20th century, I created "Phipps Timber Operations", combining custom typography with an illustration of an early generation logging vehicle.
Philip was great to work with - quick, thoughtful, and collaborative. We figured out the brief together, and he ran with it, bringing in his own research and perspective.
